2020 season info: update 8/16 season is postoned until February
Fall conditioning: goal to meet once a week meeting at the track to check in with a coach and see some teammates while practicing social distancing.
This week: Tuesday ro Thursday https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f094da4ad23aa8-august signup here to get in a two mile time trial with us checkins are spread out 630-8am is the first workout time and 715-845 is the latest time. If you would rather workout on your own or are out of town. You can share your mapmyrun data with Coach Chasse ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or just share you garmin data direclty or find a track and run two miles (8 laps plus 18.688m) and email that time
So everyone should just continue this week with a long run this week and a two mile time trial and easy runs for the other days this week.
Purpose: so we can see where everyone is and then group people by ability for future weeks.
There will be some COVID questions to answer before you get out of the car (if getting dropped off) so stay in car and get temperarture check and answer questinos befoer getting out with your water bottle.
Others that are walking up/riding bike/driving themselves....park them meet at the stadium entrance to get temeperature check.
Masks should be worn until we start running, and we will practice social distancing during warmups/drills.
Hopefuly we can find some local races this fall to do...but it would be on your own to cover cost of race entry fees. These will hopefully be in person races, but there are a few virtual races out there too.

The Winter season will be December 14 -February 20 (Winter Sports: Basketball, Gymnastics, Indoor track, Swimming and Diving, Wrestling, 5 & 6 Theatre, Scholastic Bowl.)
The fall season will be February 15- May 1 (Fall Sports: Competitive Cheer, Cross Country, Field Hockey, Football, Golf, Volleyball Forensics and Debate.)
The spring season will be April 12- June 26: ( Spring Sports: Baseball & Softball, Girls and Boys Lacrosse, Soccer, Tennis and Track and Field.)
To get on the team eligibilty list please fill out this google form this was due by July 23rd, but get it done now (if you have not already done this so we can have you on the roster for the fall workouts.
There are physical forms to turn into the school, these are due by July 23rd so the school has time to process them.
