Pre-season workouts are optional, the main thing is to do some workouts 3+ times a week for your overall well bring and to get in better shape.
They are not mandatory... but if you want to workout with others at school, we require you to do several steps:
1) Fill out this to get on the roster

3) Please join our remind group (most of you are already on one of these)

Don’t join two as we send the same messages to the groups…each one is limited to 150 people.

They also have to fill this out before attending…best to do at home right before leaving for the session (can do this up to 2 hours before, but don’t do it today for tomorrow as they need to enter their temperature as they check in at the stadium entrance
