Tryout Requirements:
Complete the VHSL Physical form through your primary care physician. Completed forms may be submitted to JMHSPhysicals@fcps.edu
or the main office.

All students must register for the sport(s) they wish to tryout for. Click HERE to register. This is the new platform for completing Concussion ed., emergency Care info, weight room and driver/rider forms. Read more about this in our Highlights article below. Click HERE for instructions.

Tryouts Process:

All golfers wishing to be part of the JMHS golf program must attend tryouts. Golfers provide their own golf equipment and will be expected to walk the golf course. Golfers will be responsible for paying a greens fee to the golf course each day of tryouts. 

Tuesday Feb 23rd: @ Laurel Hill Golf Club. As of now the cost of this round is still free. Tee times will begin around 345.

Wednesday Feb 24th: @ Laurel Hill Golf Club. As of now the cost of this round is still free. Tee times will begin around 345.

Thursday Feb 25th: @ Laurel Hill Golf Club. The start time is TBD. Golfers will need to pay the course $20 on arrival to play as many holes as we can get in. Tee times will begin around 345.

Friday Feb 26th: @ Laurel Hill Golf Club. The start time is TBD. Golfers will need to pay the course $20 on arrival to play as many holes as we can get in. Tee times will begin around 345.

Everyone will play the same amount of holes after the 4 days and the Varsity team will be set then. I’d recommend doing a few practice rounds over at Laurel Hill before tryouts start.
