Just a reminder that we have a meeting in the Madison library on July 30th at 10 AM. ALL paperwork should be completed prior to this meeting and I will be collecting the $100 activity fee then as well (checks payable to JMHS with “girls golf” on the memo line). Please hand in to the Activities Office at Madison. You can give me the Emergency Care Form personally.

All of these forms can be found at www.warhawksports.org website under files/forms. All of these MUST completed prior to the season.
Players must have proper golf equipment (including golf shoes) and clothing
Players are required to submit a $100 activity fee for greens fees, tokens and other golf expenses
There will be a requirement to purchase a Madison Golf Team shirt for matches; a spirit store will also be available but not required
Meet the Coaches Night will be on August 9th
Please let me know if I am to expect you to participate. I have heard from last year team members and they are all excited to participate this year. The schedule is already up on the www.warhawksports.org website. We hope to add about 3-4 more matches.
